In 1959, Felix and Billie Mae Janecka began making sausage in a small grocery store in Cistern, Texas, by hand-cranking the family’s old-world Czechoslovakian recipe in small batches. The sausage quickly became famous for its superior taste, texture, and quality.

Today, the Janecka family is still producing sausage of the same quality, by the same methods, as Felix and Billie Mae. Our Traditional Butcher Shop Smoked Sausage is the perfect example and we’re proud to share it with you.
